Licence

What you receive

When you buy Formo Support, you receive a licence for the hosted product, dashboard access, the embeddable chatbot, documentation, and product updates for twelve months as described on the pricing page.

Sites as per plan

• Standard: one site.
• Plus: three sites.

You may run Formo Support for the number of sites on your plan. Additional capacity requires another purchase or upgrade.

Configure freely

You may change appearance, behaviour, policies and safety limits for licensed sites as much as you like. There is no per-message fee to Formo after purchase.

No resale or redistribution

You may not resell, rebrand as your own product, share, publish or redistribute Formo Support, its code, or documentation to third parties.

Updates

Included product updates run for twelve months from the date of purchase. After that window, the product keeps working; you stop receiving new versions unless you renew under any renewal option we offer.

Refunds

If Formo Support does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with enough detail to reproduce the problem.

Third-party services

You connect your own accounts (Shopify, AI providers and so on). Their charges and terms are separate from Formo.
