What you need before you start
Licence, script access, an AI provider key, and optional Shopify read access.
Formo Support is a hosted chatbot. You do not install a workflow file. You claim a licence, paste one script tag, add your own AI key, and optionally connect Shopify for order lookups.

Plans#
- Free — £0: 1 site, 100 conversations/month, Shopify order data, full guardrails, Dry Run, Powered by Formo branding. See Free plan limits.
- Standard — £149 one-time: 1 site, 2,000 conversations/month
- Plus — £299 one-time: 3 sites, 10,000 conversations/month
Paid plans include 12 months of product updates from the purchase date. Formo never bills for AI inference. You pay your provider directly (typically about £5–40/month depending on volume).
Free path#
- Open
/app/freeand enter your email plus Shopify shop domain. - Verify the email link Formo sends.
- You receive a
FORMOFREE-licence key and land in the dashboard — no Lemon Squeezy checkout. - Create a site (name + allowed domains) on Setup, then continue with the install steps below.
After a paid purchase#
- Lemon Squeezy emails the receipt and licence key.
- Formo emails a welcome note with the four setup steps.
- Open
/app/claim, enter the same email you used at checkout, and paste the licence key. - Create a site (name + allowed domains) on Setup.
If you already run Free and buy Standard or Plus with the same verified email (or shop domain), Formo upgrades that licence in place. The installed widget keeps working — you do not reinstall or re-claim a new key.
